Non-violent Crisis Intervention Training at Gift Lake School
Our Student Services Department is doing their part to ensure schools have the knowledge to defuse potentially dangerous situations. On November 10th, Student Services hosted Non-violent Crisis Intervention Training to staff at Gift Lake School. The training equips staff with strategies for safely defusing anxious, hostile or violent behaviour at the earliest stage.
