Technology can play an indispensable deepening and accelerating role across all education processes. Students can use technology to create, collaborate, communicate, share their learning and to solve problems. Teachers can use it as part of designing learning, incorporating digital resources and strategies (from video lectures to social media to gaming to critical thinking activities) and for their own learning.
Northland School Division IT Services strives to provide and support technology services that are directly connected to 21st-century learning and current outcomes. We believe that teaching digital citizenship skills is fundamental in preparing students for the rest of their lives.
