Victor Dikaitis appointed Paddle Prairie School Vice-Principal

Northland School Division (NSD) is pleased to announce the appointment of Victor Dikaitis as the Vice-Principal of Paddle Prairie School, effective January 6, 2025.
Victor brings a wealth of experience to this leadership role, having dedicated most of his life to education. His career spans urban, rural, and remote school communities across Eastern, Western, and Northern Canada. From teaching in one-room log cabin schools to administering in some of the country's largest schools, Victor's preferred setting remains K to Grade 12 schools.
“Victor has the leadership qualities and the skills we look for to support the focus areas in the Northland School Division,” said Cal Johnson, Superintendent of Schools/CEO. “We are pleased to welcome him to the Northland family!”
"I am really looking forward to the opportunity of serving Paddle Prairie School as its new Vice-Principal," said Victor Dikaitis. "I am hoping to introduce a community boxing program as well as other athletic and academic pursuits that may serve to broaden the extracurricular activities for Paddle Prairie students."
Victor's academic background includes a B.A. (Honours) from Loyola of Montreal, a B.Ed. from McGill University, and an M.A. in Curriculum and Administration from Gonzaga University.
Outside of work, Victor enjoys outdoor pursuits such as fishing and hunting. He and his wife Sophie are excited to live and work in the beautiful community of Paddle Prairie.
