Illustrator and Author Mike Boldt visits ECS and grade 1 students!
Illustrator and Author Mike Boldt visited Kindergarten, grade 1 and grade 2 students at Fort McKay School on Wednesday, September 14th! He read students his new book "I Don't Want To Be Big" and gave them each a copy before it's official release in October! He also educated students how he draws characters for his books while using a flip chart in the classroom. Thank you to First Book Canada, TD Bank, Penguin Random House and Wood Buffalo Regional Library for making this visit possible!
