Northland honours staff at Long Service and Recognition Awards

May 10, 2018 - Northland School Division honoured 26 staff at the Long Service and Recognition Awards at the Sawridge Inn and Conference Centre in Peace River. The evening began with Opening Cultural Reflection and the Honour Song performed by Elder Robert Cardinal and his son Ty. Board Chair Maddy Daniels and Superintendent of Schools Gord Atkinson addressed recipients/nominees and congratulated each of them on their achievement.
The event recognized our Edwin Parr Teacher Award nominee, retirees, and staff who have achieved 20, 25, 30, 35 and 40 years of service.
