We are pleased to announce the appointment of Cheryl Osmond as Housing Coordinator. Cheryl is no stranger to the NSD family. From 1996 - 2012, she worked in various capacities at central office. Osmond says she is happy to be back and excited for the challenge.

“I decided to return to the division as it was a great opportunity that I could not pass up,” said Osmond. “The position is something I am familiar with as I once work as a secretary for maintenance and housing. I look forward to this exciting challenge.”

As the Housing Coordinator, Cheryl will be managing the tenant experience for all divisional housing. This includes preparing leases, that check ins and outs are done properly, ensuring repairs are made to housing units, help tenants understand their responsibilities and participate with developing the housing budget. She will be working closely with the the Secretary Treasurer, the Housing Construction Project Foreman and principals.

Cheryl, who has one child, enjoys reading, golfing and spending time with family and friends.
