Area 3 Supervisor donates hair at Hair Massacure

Area 3 Supervisor Ray Parker recently had his head shaved at the 15th Annual Hair Massacure. The event, which was inspired by a four year-old leukemia patient, is a unique head-shaving event that encourages participants to honour the journey of sick children. Hair Massacure collects 60 pounds of hair each year, to be made into wigs for local children has raised over $11 million since 2003.
