Dear students, parents, grandparents, caregivers, staff and community members:
Northland School Division is deeply saddened by the news of the tragic events that occurred in Wabasca-Desmarais. Our thoughts and prayers are with the entire community. Out of respect for Wabasca-Desmarais residents, the following events are postponed until further notice:
- Tuesday, September 27, 2016: Mistassiniy School discussion
- Thursday, September 29, 2016: Alberta Education visits Mistassiniy School and St. Theresa School
During this difficult time, counselors are available for support at St. Theresa School and Mistassiniy School. These resources are also available to offer social and emotional support:
