Northland mourning the loss of a central office staff member

It is with sadness that we confirm the loss of a Northland School Division (NSD) staff member.
Jim Hockley, Area 1 Carpenter, passed away from a heart attack last night. Jim, who has been an employee with Northland School Division for 10 years, played an important role in creating welcoming, caring, respectful, safe and healthy learning environments for students and staff.

The entire Northland family will miss Jim very much and will spend many difficult moments grieving his loss. Our thoughts are with his family, as well as all the families affected.
